Business Graduate: Adam is a graduate of the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, Dublin.
Personal Trainer: After co-owning Zest for the previous 5 years, Adam has a wealth of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. He has also spent time working with the best in the business in Australia and the UK.
Life Coach He completed further studies through the Life Coach Institute to become a Life Coach. Adam uses his life coaching skills to help motivate people to build fitness regimes into their life styles.
Local Business Links: Besides training many local business people, Adam is an member of both the Bray and Greystones Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Wicklow Owner/Manager Network.
Sports and Interests:
Cycle Racing : Adam has cycle raced at a national level all his life and gained his Leinster Cap. in 2000. He has won the Cork Man three day cycle race amongst others. He is also a member of Bray Wheelers Cycling Club and uses Zest to help train cyclists.
Triathlon Racing: He has since been competing in Triathlon and has consistently been in the top 10-20 ranked Irish Triathletes to date. He co-founded Wicklow Triathlon Club four years ago, which started at 2 members and now boasts a membership of 120.
Surfing: Adam can often be seen trying to surf off the Sligo coast. He will get there eventually!
Snowboarding: Alpine visits are a must each season. Adam is currently preparing for an ascent of Mont Blanc and plans to descend by snowboard in April 2009.
Olympic Addict: He has attended the Sydney 2000 Games, Athens 2004 and is not long back from the Beijing 2008 Games.

ACES Studies.
Nathan Beuck is a New Zealander and growing up in the 'great outdoors' capital of the world was blessed with a passion for all sports and crazy stuff like jumping off bridges and an interest in the human body and training ideas that could help him get healthy, bigger, faster and stronger.
After studying exercise science at the Central Institute of Technology, Wellington NZ and travelling for a several years he settled in Ireland playing Rugby and working in a local Gym. Here he met Adam Kelly, his cofounder of Zest.
Nathan uses the Paul Chek, Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology, method of assessing, programming and training to help his clients achieve optimal health and fitness. Nathan constantly attends further trainings with the Paul Chek Institute and attends seminars around the world. Presently he is studying Neuro Muscular Therapy with John Sharkey, in Dublin.
Nathan is the fitness director of Greystones Rugby Club and has trained several national and international athletes in New Zealand and Ireland. Along with Adam he shares a passion to 'help people help themselves' and they require their clients to do as much work with their lifestyle and eating habits as they do in the Gym.

Personal Trainer
Cian is an avid sports fan with particular interest in Rugby and the GAA. A graduate of UCD in Sport Management, he has always had a keen interest in fitness and continued his studies at the National Training Centre as well as the SAQ programmes.
As a rugby player, Cian has represented Leinster and Ireland at various levels from Youth U18 through to U21 and College's.
He currently coaches in local secondary school Presentation College Bray as well as other local schools. He has also represented Wicklow at various underage levels in Gaelic Football. He is currently a member of both Greystones RFC and Eire Og Greystones senior squads.
Yoga Teacher
Paula O'Shaughnessy originally trained as a dancer joining Dublin Contemporary Dance Theatre in the early eighties. Giving up professional dance to pursue a career in business she continued to dance attending many related workshops including yoga. Her interest in yoga developed over the years leading to formal yoga teacher training with Yoga Therapy Ireland in 2002. Paula started attending yoga classes at Clonlea studio with Hanne Gillespie in 2003 and is currently furthering her yoga studies with Hanne at Clonlea Studio in the viniyoga of yoga approach. She has been teaching yoga for five years and now teaches in this approach.
Paula is a qualified physical therapist dip ITEC and Laban Community Dance Teacher. She complements her yoga and continues her personal growth with workshops in the Feldenkrais method with Gunther Bisges and Body Mind Centering/Developmental Movement with Joan Davis.

Rachael is a member of BASRAT and has an honours degree from Manchester in Sports Rehabilitation. She continued her interest in health specialising in Pilates and has had research published on Pilates and back pain
With over ten years experience in health and fitness she is certified in the Pilates reformer machine, Pilates for sport, pre and post natal Pilates and matwork using various challenging devices! Rachael has trained under the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute APPI, Kinetic Control and Power Pilates USA.
Placing an emphasis on prevention as well as cure through patient education her treatment involves soft and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, manipulations, mobilisations and corrective postural exercise.
Her experience includes working with Stoke City Football Club, Australian Rules football, the Wicklow Triathlon Club and Bray boxing club to include the worldÕs womanÕs boxing champion. Rachael also worked as the rehabilitation therapist in Kylemore nursing home.
Keeping up to date Rachael attends regular courses providing the most recent treatment and exercise approaches. Her hobbies include marathon running, swimming, pilates and enjoying life!

Pilates Teacher/ Fitness Instructor
Nicky Jenkins has being practising Pilates for the last ten years. She has qualified through the Pilates Institute Ireland and constantly keeps up to date with any new developments by attending training sessions regularly. Nicky focuses on body movements, alignment, core stability, back mobility/strength, muscle balance and corrective posture to aid in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention from beginner level to advanced.
Nicky is also a member of the ANMT and has a personal training /Fitness instructor (NCEHS) through the National Training Centre in Dublin. In addition she has qualified in pre/post natal, special populations, Pilates on the ball, Pilates with the isotoner, Pilates 121, Pilates and the foam roller, Pilates and the theraband, sports nutrition, Sports First Aid and Step Aerobics.
She is a firm believer in bringing what you have learned in your Pilates class to the outside world in terms of functional movement, posture and maintaining neutral spine, both in every day life and to your other exercise. Pilates is a great way to cross train to obtain maximum benefits from your personal fitness program. As Joseph Pilates himself once said in the first ten sessions you will feel the difference, the second ten you will see the difference and by the end of the third consecutive tenth session you will have a whole new body!!
Nicky trains in pilates every day and has always enjoyed sport including sailing, horse riding and tennis.
Neuromuscular Therapist/Massage Therapist
Tarja's career started in sport. Her profile ranges from being National Cross Country Mountain bike Champion to competing at Olympic Games and racing professionally in Europe for some years.
After suffering injury herself, she returned to Ireland to finish her studies. Tarja transferred from Sport Science (BSc Sport Science) to studying soft tissue injury rehabilitation, (Neuromuscular Therapy, NMT), in which she has worked since 2006.

In the Autumn and winter months Tarja works mainly with professional and amateur sports people, treating injuries in the Zest Clinic, in addition to training and coaching Mountain bike riders out on the trails.
